My BlueLine

No Buttons To Push

My BlueLine is an interactive voice-response system (IVR), which recognizes speech patterns to answer questions when you call Customer Service. The IVR system will immediately answer, and you simply respond verbally to the questions asked by the system. Your questions will be answered quickly and easily 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

At any time during the call, you can say "Customer Service," and your call will immediately be routed to the next available customer service representative.

What information is available by using My BlueLine?

  • Get answers to benefit questions.
  • Check member eligibility.
  • Check status of claims.
  • Order a new ID card.
  • Request a claim form.
  • Request a benefit booklet.
  • Request a provider directory.

My BlueLine is not active for all BlueAdvantage customer service lines at this time. Call the toll-free number on the back of your ID card, and your call will either be routed through the IVR or to the appropriate customer service representative.
